The 2001 edition is made of high quality white ceramic. The scene shows a couple in traditional bavarian dress returning from the fields during harvest season in the Bavarian Alps. Every stein is packaged in a gift box and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity (written in German). With many colors, gold plating, and topped with a pewter lid, this is truly a beautiful stein.
